Wrong Language Installed

I installed the wrong language, I speak English and want to learn Spanish. Now the learning is in Spanish so cannot understand. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but when I reinstalled it is still in Spanish. HELP!

Go to the preferences (using Ctrl + P) and you will see a language chooser at the top. Choose English and restart Anki.
