Which Anki to download if on MacOS 12.7.5

Hi, I’m trying to update my Anki on my Macbook MacOS 12.7.5 and I don’t know which Anki release to download.

I have visited the older releases web page but it is confusing and I can’t tell which Anki version would be suitable for my MacOS 12.7.5. I also don’t know how I would access the link to actually download the release.

If I could be directed to the release suitable for 12.7.5 and shown the link to download, that would be great.

25.09.x should work. You can download it here: Release 25.09 · ankitects/anki · GitHub

This version has a terminal-based updater that will show up to complete the installation process after you install the .dmg file. It defaults to the latest version and fails with an error, so you’ll need to tell it to download 25.09.5. (there’s an option for that in the terminal)

Hi, thank you for the prompt help - I ended up downloading the 25.02.7 as you suggested since I didn’t know how to code the terminal to download 25.09.5. It’s worked all fine and I can access Anki on my laptop now - thanks for the help!!
