I am trying to change or use and Add on to use a number key to scroll instead of the arrow keys as the arrow keys are broken on my keyboard and I don’t want to use a mouse. Thank you.

Do you mean the number row across the top of your keyboard, or the number keypad at the right end of your keyboard – like this?
If it’s the keypad, you can turn “Num Lock” off, and that will work as arrows without any extra work.

Recently I repaired an add-on for scrolling, you can change the key in the options.
Scroll in reviewer with vi/vim-like keys j and k (Fixed by Shige)
