Use two TTS engines at the same time on AnkiDroid?

Hello everyone! I am a buddhist monk. I am trying to use English to find help. Please excuse my expression.

Ankidroid allows me to use TTS to convert text to speech. For example, use the code {{tts en_US:Front}} to speak English. vi_VN to speak Vietnamese, etc. I can use Google TTS to listen to English and Vietnamese voices (en_US and vi_VN).
Currently, I am learning Pali, so I can make a personal TTS Pali Engine with the code pi_IN, hi_IN or sa_IN to call Pali voices. And I have successfully used Ankidroid to call {{tts pi_IN:Front}} to pronounce Pali, and hi_IN sa_IN also works.

The problem occurs when I try {{tts en_US:Front}} {{tts vi_VN:Front}} and {{tts pi_IN:Front}} at the same time to learn English - Vietnamese and Pali bilingual. But the voice settings of the Android system only allow choosing 1 preferred voice. So I can only choose to prioritize Google TTS or personal Pali Engine TTS.

I tried using Chatgpt to create a Mutilple TTS (proxy style) to connect Google Engine TTS and Pali Engine TTS but it didn’t work.

I found a similar case on rreddit titled “How would I possibly use two TTS engines at the same time on AnkiDroid?” but no help yet.

So I tried the Multilingual and Auto TTS App but it doesn’t work, I want to combine both TTS Engine for Anki to call. But I don’t know how to do it, can you support me?

I can’t say I know for a fact, but I’m pretty sure this is a limitation of Android and probably can’t be easily overcome at an app level. Looking around, I did see an app called Multilingual TTS that seems to be able to do what you’re asking for.
