Closing and reopening Anki (e.g. once a day) should resolve this issue with this version, it is fixed in newer versions, so consider updating.

Thank you. Will do. But this happened when I updated my Anki. In this new version none of my pictures get opened!
Do you know anything about this?

Updating shouldn’t affect images. What does Tools>Check Media report?
