Unable to add pictures to cards

im getting an error when adding pictures to cards. had already tried the check database tool and also deleted the collection.media.db2 file to rebuilt and im still getting the error below. would really appreciate any help :smiley:

updated anki but still getting the same issues

ok i figured it out it was the source i was copying the image from that was the problem
