Windows 10 User. I’m trying to add new cards. Every time I click on the microphone button to record, I receive the following error:
After I receive this message, I hit ‘close’. I then try and save my recording in which I receive this message:
From my understanding I shouldn’t need to install any dependencies for Anki to work with Windows.
So far, I’ve followed the steps from the Support page that include:
-Restarting Anki
-Updating Anki
-Checking the Database
-Starting Anki with NO Add-ons (I don’t believe I have any add-ons?)
What else would you all suggest I try in order to successfully fix the recording functionality within Anki?
