Trouble with "ctrl+shift"-Shortcuts

Hey there,
unfortunately many ctrl+shift shortcuts won’t work on non-English-Keyboards.
Is there a way to fix it without changing the layout to English?

Already tried it. But increasing/decreasing indent still won’t work.

Try using the keys they would be if the keyboard was in the English layout. Some things to try (“current behavior” in the middle) –
