Tools - Check Database (contact support site)

Hello everyone,

I tried googling and googling how to fix this issue but I wasn’t able to do so.
I’ve been trying to update Anki since the only version that works for me is 2.1.35, the newer ones won’t even launch.

I’d appreciate any help!

Maybe starting Anki while holding down the shift key will help?
