Database Error while starting

Hi, I use Anki on my desktop as well as on my laptop and mobile. I sync the content to be up to date between the devices. But now I got the following error message when starting Anki:

An error has occurred. Please use Tools > Check Database to possibly solve the problem.
If the problem persists, please contact the support website with your problem. In this case, please include the following information in the problem report.

I don’t know what to do. I did the step Tools > Check Database, but the problem still exists.

Do you get any other errors popping up before that?
