Bonjour,

ce matin en allumant mon ordinateur, étonnamment il m’a demandé de me connecter en Wi-Fi, ensuite il m’a demandé mes codes d’accès.
Je suis en possession d’un Chromebook et tous mes téléchargements qui étaient stockés sur l’ordinateur, et non pas sur google drive, mais sur l’ordinateur, ont disparu.

Que puis-je faire pour les récupérer ?

this morning when I turned on my computer, surprisingly it asked me to connect to Wi-Fi, then it asked me for my access codes.
I have a Chromebook and all my downloads that were stored on the computer, not on google drive, but on the computer, have disappeared.

What can I do to recover them?

• You posted this in the AnkiDroid category. Is this an issue you’re having on AnkiDroid or desktop Anki?
• When you launch Anki offline, auto-sync will fail, but other than that, you should be able to use it just fine. I can’t think of anything from Anki that would ask you for any access codes. Is it possible that message came from an add-on?
• What downloads have disappeared? Are these decks / notes / cards / media that were in your Anki collection? Or other things you had downloaded outside Anki and not imported yet?
