hi, I have tried to sync all my flashcards in ANKI and i accidently clicked on download from ankiweb instead of upload and now I have lost all my cards. any chance of getting them back? I have made over 1000 and would hate to have lost them for good.

You should always do a manual backup of your important data, with anki and with any other software of the world.
