Tag editing card browser: missing minus symbol

I am missing the minus symbol when selecting several cards at once in the card browser to change, for example, one tag. Normally, tags that do not appear on every card should be marked with a minus symbol. Instead, every tag is shown with a plus symbol, which should only appear if all selected cards share that tag.

Is this a bug? Would be great if the old behaviour could be reestablished.

I hope that two screenshots are enough to ilustrate the issue.

  1. tag ‘Konjunktion’ appears only on one of two notes: https://freeimage.host/i/FZIY2O7
  2. if selected together to modify tsgs the tag ‘Konjunktion’ should have a minus symbol. The other two texts are correct (former they had a plus symbol, now a hook): https://freeimage.host/i/FZIcy0J
  3. if I would press OK then the tag ‘Konjunktion’ is applied to both notes which would be false.

I understand, this bug appeared because the symbols in the tag checkboxes had been changed some versions ago (hook sign instead of the former used plus symbol). Well, a minus symbol does not harmonize graphically very well together with a hook symbol. This should be reverted back to plus and minus symbols which were easy to understand for many years.

Thank you for flagging this issue as a bug on GitHub. I think I posted the issue on GitHub, too, because I was not sure if issues on this forum would be read by the developers. Sorry for the duplicate.

BTW I did not know yet that you are the main developer of AnkiDroid. I appreciate your work very much, thank you very much! I hope that you benefit from the donations for AnkiDroid.
