MacOS 12 Beta (21A5248p). Anki is in fullscreen, I hit Y to sync, and then move to another desktop. The sync window appears above the app I switch to, only disappearing once the sync finishes. It also pops up when the AutoSync add-on triggers. Not a critical issue but a tad annoying.
There’s a decent chance Apple will address this in a beta update. If it’s still an issue near the official release, please let me know.
