Suspended cards showing in deck + error message showing up

I opened anki, saw that I had 80 cards in my ‘custom study deck’ (which I cleared yesterday and didn’t add any new cards today). I went to study them anyway and noticed a card I have never seen before (it should have been suspended). Then, I press spacebar to continue and the below error message shows up. I tried to disable add-ons and ‘check database’, didn’t fix anything.
