Sub Decks not showing cards, only that there are cards in the sub deck

I created Sub Decks using the Anki Web. Syncing with my AnkiDroid works fine but the subdecks are not showing up. To the right of the deck, it correctly indicates the number of cards in the Deck but when I click to view each card, only a small dot appears, but not the cards. I see them fine on the web version.

I assume you mean in the main Decks list?

  • Have you clicked > next to the parent deck to expand its subdecks?
  • Have you tried: 3-dots menu > Check > Check Database?

I’m not sure what you’re clicking “to view each card,” where you’re seeing just a dot, or what you’re expecting to see instead. Perhaps a screenshot would help?
