Study shortcuts not working

Hello, I just downloaded Anki desktop OS after paying for Anki iOS.

The shortcuts for “Study” are very buggy. The “space” bar works only sometimes, then jumps ahead a card. Also the 1,2,3,4 shortcuts for selecting “Again” “Hard” etc. are very inconsistent.

Right now I only have Anki and Chrome running. I have no extensions to Anki added. I have tried resetting the shortcuts, trying different keys for “Again” “Hard” etc. I am set to US keyboard. My OS is 12.5.

With the shortcuts this buggy, the App is difficult to use.

If memory serves, this can be solved by changing video drivers, see: Troubleshooting - Anki Manual.

Just to be sure: you mean you downloaded Anki for the desktop from https://apps.ankiweb.net/, right? Or is the name actually “Anki Desptop OS”?

Thank you! Changing my Video Driver to “OpenGL” fixed the problem!
