That means it’s a copy of the original note type – probably that you imported with another deck. You’re better off starting with the default Image Occlusion note type, since you’ll know if you made any changes to it yourself.
Why do you need to rotate the mask? Can’t you make it a different size/shape just by dragging the corners?
