When pressing the space bar (after already flipping the card to see the answer), does it mark the card as “again” or “good”? I want to make it so the spacebar will function to flip the card and mark it as again, but I am unsure if it’s already doing this?
Space-bar grades your answer by default as Good – Studying - Anki Manual. You can turn off that default behavior in Preferences – Preferences - Anki Manual – but it’s just an on/off toggle. And while you can set the Again answer button to a different shortcut, I don’t believe space-bar is an option for that.
You may need to look for an add-on if you need more specific re-mapping.
For future reference, could you provide addons that could re-map the buttons?
There’s DS4Windows for controllers, but never used addons for such re-mapping within Anki
