I have around 1000 of them, but don’t know how to deal with them since most of these leeches are for foreign languages words/sentences which don’t go well with mnemonics or breaking down further. However, anki seems to recommend dealing with them. Leeches - Anki Manual
Yes, I think they should – but as you can see, there are 3 very different methods for dealing with them. Choosing which way to go is a card/note-specific decision that comes down to whether you actually need to learn the material, and what is keeping you from learning it.
Any tips on dealing with some examples?

I don’t speak Spanish, and I don’t know what made you struggle with this card. The page you linked to explains the different ways of dealing with problematic cards/notes.
I generally suspend leech cards and keep them suspended. I can always learn words from other sources so there’s no need for anything else. But, generally for vocabulary/language, once you get advanced enough many of the previous leeches starts sounding easier to you.
The second example here, I’m surprised subsidiary is a leech for you as it’s very common to have subsidiaries for different products/services, regions. Think Google/Alphabet. I had to deal with Sennheiser’s subsidiaries just yesterday. I sent a warranty claim in one website and they told me I contacted the “wrong Sennheiser” and should instead contact sennheiser-hearing. I think some things are just better learnt when you’re more familiar with the context they are used in.
For the third example, you can learn the individual elements using other sentences if this one is hard for you. And if you’re successful, this one becomes easier but you wouldn’t need this particular sentence anymore.
