Set Due Date: Hide 'set interval to same value' if FSRS is enabled

In the ‘Set Due Date’ dialog, if FSRS is enabled, we should NOT show ‘set interval to the same value’
The default should be true: interval should always match due date

@dae I’m making this just to bring your attention to it, to ensure consistency between desktop Anki and AnkiDroid
