A random toolbar that’s not usually there has appeared at the bottom of my anki screen and I don’t know how to remove it please help! None of the buttons are working when I press them.
I suspect that’s coming from an add-on or from that specific note type.
- Do you still see it if you restart in safe mode – Troubleshooting Checklist #2?
- Do you see it on cards made from other note types?

This is my problem. Please describe exactly how it happened. This view should only appear when viewing certain types of notes.

Edit: Added:
I incorrectly thought that “this is my problem” meant “I am having the same problem”. However, I now see that it actually means, “I am the owner of the problem” meaning the poster is the author of the add-on related to the issue.
From the screenshots on the Simple Image Occlusion add-on page, that seems to be the add-on that produces that toolbar, when used with the related “Image Occlusion Simple (vx.x)” note type created by the add-on.

Yes. Maybe they’re just using these notes to display text. I didn’t think they’d do that.
