It would be great to be able to insert a new note where we want in the browse panel. Currently we need 1) to add a new note, 2) to save it 3) finding it 4) reposition it.
When creating a new note it would be intuitive to set the new position directly in that panel
and/or
to simply select the row where the new note should be, right clicking (to get the context menu), and selecting “add a note above this row.”
