The firmware on my phone was corrupted and it went into a death-loop yesterday. Today, while my phone is down, I went to ankiweb to study and my entire account seems to have been wiped clean. I can log in with no problem, but there is nothing there, no decks, no nothing. Help?
Suggest moving the post to “Syncing and AnkiWeb”.
I have restored your data from a backup - you should force a full sync and then choose “download” to grab it. In the future please be careful to back your data up.
