Note Types Description

It would be a good idea if Note Types have a description field somewhere where we may document our Note Type and its use cases and how we could deal with it, this could be helpful in case the user was absent for a while when he comes back again.

Not exactly the same but in 2.1.50+ fields can have descriptions (configured from the Fields dialog).
