No version working on Mac OS Big Sur

Hi there, I recently upgraded to Big Sur and am now getting the following error messages:

I have tried opening Anki while holding “shift” but the same errors pop up. I tried installing 2.1.38 and 2.1.35-standard and have restarted my laptop after installing each, to no avail. Please help!

Anki 2.1.33 upgrade failed now can't open Anki (Mac)

This is caused by this add-on. Start Anki while holding down the Shift key to disable add-ons temporarily. Anki 2.1.29 addon disabling

When I use “⁨Customize Keyboard Shortcuts⁩” with 2.1.29 I don’t get this message. You seem to have an old version of this add-on. If you can get to the main screen: to update all add-ons go the main window ->Tools -> Add-ons and then there’s a button “Check for Updates”. After updating all add-ons restart: Do you still have the problem? It might mean that the Shift key was pressed too late or released too early. If the Shift key is holded down correctly, there will be a tooltip - “Shift key was held down. Skipping automatic syncing and add-on loading”.

This tip was a game changer, thank you!! Thanks to your response, I was able to update all my add-ons and Anki is now working correctly.
