Have you tried starting Anki without add-ons? (hold Shift during startup)
My guess is that Frozen Fields is causing the issue (you should not be able to install it on Anki versions higher than 2.1.40). Anki 2.1.45+ has its own implementation of sticky fields, so the add-on has become redundant.
