What add-ons are you using? Seems like you have to disable it since using Anki on safe mode, without add-ons enabled, works
If the problem goes away, that indicates an add-on is causing the problem. Remove any add-ons you don’t need, and disable half of the others. If the problem continues, try the other half. Repeat the process until you’ve figured out which add-on is causing the problem. Then please report the issue to the add-on author, using the Copy Debug Info button, and pasting that into the report. Troubleshooting - Anki Manual
Edit: sorry misread the post, thought the problem because the add-ons were disabled in safe mode, didn’t know others changes that could lead to anki working in safe mode
It’s unusual for a crash to not have any output in the terminal window. There are a number of things you can try in the platform notes (see: no-error, video driver, firewall, admin access, and anything else that looks promising to you) – Startup Issues - Anki Manual .
If none of that helps, try starting over fresh perhaps? (Yes, I know you just did, but try it anyway …)
Uninstall Anki
Deleting the Anki program folder – default location is: %LocalAppData%\Programs\Anki
Have you added anything to your collection? Probably not, because Anki is crashing! Then delete your Anki2 data folder too – Managing Files - Anki Manual .
