Hello Anki community, I’m loveAnkisomuch.

Anki is an incredibly powerful tool for memory retention and active recall. When it comes to Anki, we typically use the two most popular Cloze types:

1. The default Cloze created and developed by Damien Elmes: Perfect for processing short pieces of information.

2. Image Occlusion by ankiglutanimate: The expert in handling visual information and diagrams.

Today, I am thrilled to introduce to you the “3rd Cloze type” developed by myself: Smart Cloze Pro (SCP) - the ultimate solution for long, multilingual, and multimedia texts.

:light_bulb: The problem we often face: The default Cloze note type is great, but it has a limitation. When dealing with long and complex texts, 100% of us are forced to “manually” chunk the information. This not only consumes time but also fragments the big picture of the document.

If you are a cardiovascular surgeon or a history lecturer who frequently reads a massive volume of bilingual (English - Vietnamese) specialized documents, you would understand my “obsession” with having to sit and crop every single long sentence to put into Anki.

:rocket: The Solution - What is Smart Cloze Pro (SCP)? Based on the idea of overcoming that limitation, combined with some prior programming experience, I developed SCP as a mini-webapp embedded directly into Anki’s default Cloze note type.

SCP’s philosophy is: “Input Everything, See Only What You Need”.

  • Smart content & context extraction: Smoothly handles ultra-long texts. I have practically tested it with 250 to 20,000 words (equivalent to 1 to 50 A4 pages) and the cards remain lag-free, perfectly preserving the context.

Chào cộng đồng Anki, mình là loveAnkisomuch.

Anki là một công cụ hỗ trợ ghi nhớ và phản xạ thông tin cực kỳ mạnh mẽ. Nhắc đến Anki, chúng ta thường sử dụng 2 dạng Cloze phổ biến nhất:

1. Cloze mặc định do Damien Elmes tạo ra và phát triển: Hoàn hảo để xử lý các mẩu thông tin ngắn.

2. Image Occlusion của ankiglutanimate: Chuyên gia xử lý thông tin dạng hình ảnh và biểu đồ trực quan.

Hôm nay, mình rất hào hứng muốn giới thiệu đến các bạn “Dạng Cloze thứ 3” do chính mình phát triển: Smart Cloze Pro (SCP) - giải pháp chuyên trị các văn bản dài, đa ngữ và đa phương tiện.

:light_bulb: Vấn đề chúng ta thường gặp: Mẫu thẻ Cloze mặc định rất tuyệt, nhưng nó có một giới hạn: Khi đối mặt với các văn bản dài và phức tạp, 100% chúng ta buộc phải “thủ công” chia nhỏ các thông tin. Việc này không chỉ tốn thời gian mà còn làm phân mảnh bức tranh toàn cảnh của tài liệu.

Nếu bạn là một bác sĩ phẫu thuật tim mạch hoặc một giảng viên lịch sử và thường xuyên phải đọc khối lượng lớn tài liệu chuyên ngành song ngữ (Anh - Việt), mình thực sự “ám ảnh” với việc phải ngồi cắt gọt từng câu văn dài để đưa vào Anki.

:rocket: Giải pháp - Smart Cloze Pro (SCP) là gì? Trên nền ý tưởng giải quyết giới hạn đó, cộng với một chút kinh nghiệm lập trình từ trước, mình đã phát triển SCP như một mini-webapp nhúng trực tiếp vào mẫu thẻ Cloze mặc định của Anki.

Triết lý của SCP là: “Input Everything, See Only What You Need” (Nhập tất cả những gì bạn có, chỉ nhìn thấy những gì bạn cần).

  • Rút trích nội dung & ngữ cảnh thông minh: Xử lý mượt mà các văn bản cực dài. Mình đã test thực tế từ 250 đến 20.000 từ (tương đương 1 đến 50 trang A4) mà thẻ vẫn mượt mà, giữ nguyên vẹn ngữ cảnh.

  • Hỗ trợ văn bản đa ngữ phức tạp: Có khả năng hiểu và xử lý đan xen lên tới 13 ngôn ngữ khác nhau trong cùng một thẻ.

  • Đa dạng hình thức kích thích gợi nhớ: Tích hợp sẵn tính năng luyện gõ phím (kiểm tra chính tả) và tự động tạo trắc nghiệm (Auto MCQ) cực kỳ thông minh.

  • Linh hoạt tùy chỉnh: Bạn có thể tự do tinh chỉnh giao diện và hành vi của thẻ theo nhu cầu cá nhân.

SCP chắc chắn sẽ giúp các bạn tiết kiệm hàng tá giờ đồng hồ cắt gọt tài liệu, giữ nguyên được bối cảnh học tập và nâng cao năng suất ôn tập lên mức tối đa.
