New cards are coming before cards I'm learning?

A buddy went through and modified my scheduling settings like this:

I’m happy with the scheduling changes, but now when I am done with reviews and learning cards, it will keep presenting new cards instead of giving me cards that are clearly ready in the red category. I don’t want to be looking at new cards if others are ready to review. I’ve messed with a bunch of settings and can’t figure it out. What do I need to change?

It sounds like your friend may have changed the ‘learn ahead limit’ in the preferences screen from the default of 20 minutes.
