I get that the sliding feature and rendering of html might be a bit ambitious but i think i would still prefer a card based layout with indicator icons. That would allow for more complex information to be displayed compared to the full colored row where flags and other features might interfere.
Sadly ive quit android development a while back so i cant really build a quick concept but it would still be awsome to see some kind of layout like this.
The new search function looks great btw!
