Need help with cloze cards

When using cloze mode while studying the deck, right below the sentence with the cloze, appears the same sentence with answer; e.g.,
The “common” name for the carpus of a horse is the […]
The “common” name for the carpus of a horse is the {{c1::knee}}
I have tried modifying the deck without success.

What can I do? I appreciate the help!

If you edit a card and click on Cards, removing the duplicate {{Cloze}} should fix it.

Thank you! I had to change the card type configuration in tools to only have {{cloze:text}}
