Whenever I try to install add ons to my anki, a screen pops up statting my account is not old enough. I read on reddit that my account has to be whitelisted, but I am new to Anki and do not understand how to fix this issue.
There are no account-age restrictions for installing add-ons yourself. Add-ons - Anki Manual
Those restrictions only apply to sharing add-ons on our site.
