that let me open anki, however, none of my decks are there and i cannot create any new decks. this is what my anki screen looks like when i open it: as you can see there is nothing there.

unfortunately i tried the command prompt and it said access denied? not sure why
i’m now getting: Syncing failed:
Error establishing a secure connection. This is usually caused by antivirus, firewall or VPN software, or problems with your ISP.
even when i disable my antivirus software.
about to give up on Anki
