Lost basic-and-reverse note

I deleted this note type by accident a while back, it is out of range of the backups.
Now I need it, how do I retrieve this note type, can it be downloaded somewhere?

There’s nothing there, it might be my fault, when I tried again it was gone. I see it is supposed to only works once.

For future reference, you can add a standard notetype via Tools>Manage Notetypes>Add.
