Latex viewer not working

this is the error I get when viewing my custom-made Latex cards.

Error during execution of ⁨latex⁩.

Have you installed LaTeX and dvipng/dvisvgm?

And this is the content:

Have you installed LaTeX and dvipng/dvisvgm?

Did you make sure these are installed as the message suggests? Please see Math & Symbols - Anki Manual
