It would be nice to have keyboard shortcuts for both these functions which I find myself using quite often. Thanks for your work on Anki!
Anyone have any suggestions for suitable shortcuts?
For Toggle Mask Editor, it looks like “M” for “Mask” is not in use.
For Empty Cards, perhaps Ctrl + Shift + “E” for “Empty” or Ctrl + Shift + “C” for “Cards.”
edit: On second thought, “M” would not work because the keyboard shortcut should be operational even if the cursor is in a text box as it would be if one was editing the cards fields. Hitting “M” in this situation would just put that letter in the text box. Ctrl + M would be better.
Ctrl+m can’t work, because that becomes cmd+m on a Mac, which is a system shortcut. It would need to be something like ctrl+shift+m, if we’re not already using that for something else.
The shortcut for the empty cards was removed. Are there any plans to add it back with a non-conflicting keybind?
