When flipping the card on Android devices, the screen jumping backs to top makes it harder to focus on where was the cloze/IO mark/box.
The PC version fixed a similar bug not much time ago and would be great if the android app did the same.
What are the steps to reproduce this bug? Does it happen in the new study screen? Does it happen on Anki Desktop if you try to make the window small like your phone?
Also, what Anki Desktop bug are you referring to?
On desktop the card keeps the screen position steady between front→back transition, even when the screen is small.
I don’t know exatcly when, but the desktop used to have a little jump transitioning front to back wich stopped in one update. Desktop works fine with all my cards formats: basic, cloze, IOE.
Oh, I thought AnkiDroid scrolled to the active cloze. Maybe that’s because I gave a solution to the same problem months ago: Keeping the viewport in the same place when showing answers in Cloze completions.
