Is there a keyboard shortcut or any handy way to justify text on cards?
You can edit your card type template, adding the respective style to the styling tab. All cards using this template will appear automatically formatted. But the code you’ll need to insert depends on what exactly do you want to achieve.

For easier text alignment without editing templates, try the Mini Format Pack add-on, which adds formatting buttons to the editor. It includes alignment options and is easy to use. You can find it here: https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/295889520.
