Is there a way to point to an area on an image?

Hi,
I’m new here, although I’ve been using Anki for over a year.
I’d like to know if there is a way (addons or something else) to point to an area on an image (to manually click on an image to “trigger” the flip of the card).
I know I can do it “with my mind” but I’m preparing an exam that will include this kind of exercise.
