I would like to know if there is a link to find out the latest decks that were shared on ankiweb.
When I access the website, I only have the option to type the name of the deck I want to search for, I can’t find out the last ones that have been shared

There is not. You can keep an eye out for folks posting their newly shared decks in the Shared Decks category here, and on Anki Reddit – https://www.reddit.com/r/Anki/ .
