Invalid input error

Hello.
Whenever I run Anki, exit or try to sync my decks I get the following error prompt:

InvalidInput { info: “note has 30 fields, expected 2” }

Which is especially odd as this persists even after I remove all cards.

I did not add extra fields anywhere so I have no clue how this came about. I use the Desktop Client for Linux version 2.1.38. Installing from the Arch Repos vs Installing by downloading the archive does not change a thing.

Anybody seen such a message before?

Maybe using Tools > Check Database or forcing a full sync from the preferences will help (I’m guessing here).

I tried Check Database quite a few times which did not help, though weirdly enough the error message has disappeared now and I can’t really tell what caused this so who knows. Thanks anyway.
