Assunto: Problema com a configuração de revisão sendo redefinida automaticamente
Meu nome é João e estou enfrentando um problema recorrente com as configurações de revisão no aplicativo.
Eu ajusto as configurações de revisão de acordo com minhas preferências, configurando os intervalos da seguinte maneira:
• “De novo” para 30 minutos,
• “Difícil” para 12 horas,
• “Bom” para 24 horas.
O problema é que, após algum tempo — seja antes de 24 horas ou até mesmo em torno de 4 horas —, as configurações parecem se resetar sozinhas. Quando isso acontece, os intervalos de “Difícil” e “Bom” acabam ficando iguais, ambos com um intervalo de 1 dia, o que prejudica a personalização do meu estudo.
Já tentei ajustar as configurações diversas vezes, mas o problema persiste. Gostaria de saber se há alguma solução ou se estou deixando de configurar algum detalhe importante.
Agradeço desde já pela atenção e aguardo uma orientação.

O problema está sendo que qualque configuração que eu coloco volta pra intervalos iguais 1 dia 1 dia como mostrado na imagem !!! O que eu posso fazer para solucionar, eu fico estudando quando é um tempo que abro ta assim, já deletei e instalei o programa novamenteo, instalei versão antiga, já tirei todas as extensões ! já deixei uma configação e salvei para todos os SUBDECK !
You don’t need to do any of that. This is the normal and expected behavior. If you are studying in the afternoon or evening, this will always be what you see.
When there aren’t 12 hours left in “today,” the cards can’t be scheduled for 12h from now today. Instead they are scheduled for “tomorrow,” and available first thing in the morning with the rest of the “tomorrow” cards.
You should grade your answers honestly and accurately, and not on when you think you want to see the card next. The grades that are recorded matter for a lot of other reasons – but in this case, it won’t change when you next see the card.
It doesn’t matter. As long as your learning steps are 30m 1d [which you didn’t say for sure, but it seems likely], you’ll see this when the card is first introduced. The Hard button gets an interval halfway between your 1st and 2nd step, so that’s ~12h. When you study in the morning, you’ll see that.
When the card advances to the 2nd step (1d), you might see this again, depending on what your graduating interval is. [I’m assuming you’re using the original SM-2 algorithm.]
