Sometimes I use the IPA characters just to know the word’s pronunciation, and it works really well on the PC deskopt, but when I see the card on my Android the characters are not recognized. What can I do to visualize it???

This is likely due to the fact that an appropriate font isn’t available by default on your Android.
You can specify a custom font in the card template, via following the instructions: https://docs.ankidroid.org/manual.html#customFonts. I don’t know a good font for IPA off the top of my head, but it should be searchable by Google.
If you’re technical, you can attach a debugger via: https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/Development-Guide#html-javascript-inspection which may provide debugging information.
