To initially split your profile into 3, you can import that COLPKG into each of the profiles, and then delete the 2 parts that this profile doesn’t need. The data in each of them will be identical to the original, just incomplete.

Upon reconsideration, for a simple missed-sync, the tips for resolving a sync conflict would probably be a better fit.
