Images missing after SSD installing

This is the first time I’m posting here. Ever since I installed a SSD in my computer, images and audio files disappeared from my cards. However, the images and audio files are not missing in AnkiWeb. What can I do to solve this?

  1. Tools - Check Media

  2. Tools - Preferences - Network - Synchronize audio and images too - ✓

  3. Click the sync button again

  4. If it doesn’t help, check the Media Log (Tools - Preferences - Network)
