Image Occlusion Enhanced: ID and hiding boxes are shown on front

Hello everyone,

I am new to Anki and after my first tries to create new cards in Image occlusion, its my problem that there`s the ID and the hiding boxes doubled below my created front card, as seen at the picture below. Does anyone know, what could be my mistake?
