I would like to set up a deck on my account for each of my students (26) so they can work independently, is this the best way? This would allow me to monitor their work and also ensure everyone has access as we cannot use outside email addresses. Does this seem doable? I would like to set up a deck for each with a unique name created from a common template. They could also login simultaneously and work from their own deck and sync?

See above for reasonable disclaimers from folks more experienced than me.

However from the way you worded this it sounds like you’re familiar with the limitations of the syncing process and you’ve given it some careful thought. Your workaround sounds at least plausibly viable to me, so long as the decks are completely disjoint. Syncs containing only review data should not cause any conflicts.

Have you tried testing this with maybe 3 or 4 machines?

It might be a good idea to use a separate account from your personal one if you’ll be sharing plaintext credentials with 26 people.

If you decide to do this, keep us posted on how it works!

What a great forum with actual responses! Appreciated. It looks as though I may have to look for other options. I will see what I can do. It’s for grade 8’s so I want to keep it as straightforward as possible.
