Maybe download and install SP1 for Windows 7.

I tried the 62 bit version too. It’s also not working😞

If there was an error during the installation process, maybe post it here, maybe I could google it. Maybe you need to install other updates before SP1 could be installed but it could be tricky since Windows 7 is no longer officially supported by Microsoft.

If there were no errors after installation, restart your PC and double-check that you have SP1 installed.

To check if Windows 7 SP1 is already installed on your PC, select the Start button, right-click Computer , and then select Properties .

If Service Pack 1 is listed under Windows edition , SP1 is already installed on your PC.

If Anki 2.1.35 is still not running, maybe download and install the unofficial UpdatePack7R2. It seems to require SP1 to be installed and about 10 GB of free storage - https://blog.simplix.info/update7/

Alternatively, maybe instead of 2.1.35, try anki-2.1.15-windows-alternate.exe.

or Anki 2.0.52
