I can't use keys space 1 2 3 4 in anki

im using MacBook, my anki version is 24.06.02.

when I use my anki, the shortkey doesnt work, when I study the deck I have to press enter instead of space, space doesnt work either to reveal the answer. Even worse, I can not choose again, hard, good or easy with 1 2 3 4.

i also checked in preference of anki, the link to short key was still there but I can not use it.

anyone knows the problem is

• Is this a fresh install of Anki, or did you upgrade from another version?
• Post your full version information from Help > About > Copy debug info.

this is my fresh install, when I see that error, I tried to install the 2.1.55 old version I used on my window laptop but it seems doesnt work since some addon I use is unavailable in 2.1.55.

oh thanks for your help, I have seen my problems in another site on this forum.

Actually it was my ime fault, when I change form my mother language to us keyboard it worked normal. thanks for your attention anyway.
